I'm a corporate attorney currently working as in-house counsel for The Walt Disney Company, where I focus on complex technology transactions.

I've been an attorney for more than ten years and during that time I've worked both for well respected, international law firms and for large, innovative companies on the forefront of technology, national security and entertainment.

Before becoming an attorney, I had extensive experience in internet technology, working as a web engineer for a publicly-traded software company and owning and operating a web hosting company.

As an attorney, I've had experience with virtually every aspect of transactional legal work, including complex technology transactions, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, securities, finance, and real estate law.
